Max

The Max Despite its extremely compact design, this machine covers virtually the entire spectrum of label roll conversion. Even the standard version comes equipped with an unwinder, web guide, fully rotary coating unit, fully/semi-rotary die-cutting unit, cutting unit, and two independently operating rewinders. The cutting unit can be optionally equipped with either crimping blades or shear cutting. A cutting unit with razor blades is included in every version.
In addition to the basic equipment, the Max Customizable to customer specifications. A wide range of options are available, many of which can also be retrofitted on-site at the customer's location.

Operation is via a large, swiveling 10" color display. This gives the operator an optimal view of their workstation at all times and allows for convenient machine control. The display moves with the operator. An intuitive user interface and a clear user guide are standard, as is the foot switch for activating the JOG mode, thus keeping the operator's hands free.

Beyond the basic equipment, the Max It can be equipped with a wide range of options. These include corona pretreatment, a turret, and a cutting unit with automatic blade adjustment. A manually adjustable back-score unit is also available. Furthermore, gap adjustment and a conveyor for in-mold label production are also offered.

Unique in the market is the option to die-cut rectangular labels up to a length of 2.000 mm, depending on the material and application. This mode not only opens up new fields of application but also reduces die-cutting costs by approximately 30% in many cases.
