The Markus The 370 is far more than an ordinary rewinder. With web speeds of up to 300 m/min and a standard integrated semi-turret, it guarantees high productivity and performance. However, speed is not the main feature of this machine.
Web transport can occur in both directions. An ultrasonic-controlled web edge guide ensures precise guidance of the material web – from the infeed to the cutting unit and on to the rewinders. Longitudinal cutting is performed either using the shear cutting principle or with razor blades. Automatic slitters are also available as an option. This allows for the reliable and clean processing of a wide variety of materials. Piece and meter counters complete the equipment and stop the machine after precisely the right amount has been dispensed.
The Markus The 370 is a multifunctional platform for a wide variety of applications. Besides various slitting options, a label shifter, and our missing label detection, it can also serve as the basis for inkjet printing systems.
