What the Markus 370 can do
One platform with many options.
The Markus 370 is far more than an ordinary rewinder. With web speeds of up to 300 m/min and an integrated semi-turret as standard, it guarantees high productivity and performance. Speed, however, is not the main feature of this machine.
The web can be transported in both directions. An ultrasonic web edge guide ensures exact guiding of the material web, from the infeed to the cutting unit and on to the rewinders. Slitting is done either by shear cut or with razor blades. Automatic slitters are also available as an option. This allows a wide variety of materials to be processed reliably and cleanly. Piece and metre counters complete the equipment and stop the machine after exactly the right quantity.
The Markus 370 is a multifunctional platform for a wide range of different applications. In addition to various slitting options, a Labelshifter or our Missing Label Detection, it can also serve as the basis for inkjet overprinting systems.

Missing Label Detection
Detects missing labels on up to 8 lanes, counts, stops the machine at a selectable position and is operated via the machine display.

Heinrich flexo printing
Flexo printing unit for the Heinrich, full or semi-rotary: overprinting, varnish and cold foil at up to 120 m/min, matched to UV LED curing.
Heinrich die-cutting unit
The heart of the Heinrich: full or semi-rotary die-cutting unit with magnetic cylinder, in all web widths, for rectangular labels up to 2,000 mm long.
Heinrich rewind
Last unit of the Heinrich: matrix stripping, four slitting systems and two independent rewinders up to 600 mm, optionally with a semi-turret.
Heinrich unwind
First unit of the Heinrich: unwinder for rolls up to 800 mm in diameter with web guide, optionally with antistatic, corona treatment and web cleaning.
Heinrich hot foil stamping
Hot foil stamping for the Heinrich with a head that rotates through 90 degrees and up to 200 strokes/min. Also places holograms in register.
Heinrich screen printing unit
Screen printing for the Heinrich: spot colours, varnishes and top coats with double UV curing, up to 25 m/min, in 330 and 420 mm web width.
Inkjet module
UV inkjet for the Max and Heinrich: overprinting variable data in black at up to 60 m/min or digital varnish and cold foil embellishment without tooling.
5-STAR printing system
Toner-based label printing system for getting started: with white, up to around 11 m/min, a 220-volt connection and narrow enough for any standard door.
