The all-rounder among rewinders & slitters – The Konrad This is not just a simple rewinder. Two separate winding units are already integrated as standard. With speeds of up to 300 m/min, orders can be completed in the shortest possible time. A second web guide directly in front of the slitter ensures a precise longitudinal cut in virtually any situation, even at high web speeds. In addition to various longitudinal cutting units, a semi-turret can also be integrated, further increasing the system's productivity. Complete servo motor control allows not only inside or outside winding but also rapid web transport in both directions. Thanks to its integrated buffer, the Konrad They can also serve as a basis for inspection systems. These can be retrofitted later if needed. Based on years of experience, extensive functions, and a wide range of options, we primarily install inspection systems from our partner LUSTER in our machines. The integration of an inspection system makes the Konrad the ideal partner to not only assemble their orders, but also to inspect and ensure that only flawless products are delivered to their customers.
