Laminating in register – up to 3 layers in one operation

The Kurt The 450 is the solution when it comes to precisely applying multiple layers of labels on top of each other. Up to three layers can be precisely bonded together in a single operation. Two of the layers are even kept in register and positioned exactly using marker control. The third layer serves as the top layer.

The machine also allows labels to be applied to an existing printed web. Here, too, the web guide and brand reader serve to precisely detect the position of each label, thus ensuring accurate placement of the label to be dispensed. This also makes it possible to dispense RFID labels or raised symbols onto already finished webs, thereby adding value to the labels.

Non-personal or anonymized information remains protected by tax secrecy. Disclosure to third parties is only allowed if no identification is possible and both states confirm that no harm to tax administration will occur. Kurt The 450 is characterized by its compact design and ease of use.
