Two punching units, grid take-off, longitudinal cutting and 4-spindle turret – this enables the Viktor, in conjunction with an intermediate buffer, to perform smooth conversion and assembly at maximum throughput.
Optionally, the punching units are equipped with a semi-rotary mode and cylinder circumference compensation. This allows repeats from 100 mm up to 85% of the cylinder circumference to be processed on the magnetic cylinder. This ensures production flexibility and also makes it possible to use sheets for other cylinder sizes.
The buffer ensures continuous production without requiring the machine to slow down or stop during automatic roll changes. The turret operates completely without adhesive and can wind rolls with or without a core. Finished rolls are sealed with labels after winding and discharged laterally. The entire process is fully automated and seamless, requiring no operator intervention.
For longitudinal cutting, shear-cutting circular blades are available. The lower blades are positioned by software control, while the upper blades are manually set against the lower blades.
