The Hans 320 is a compact and highly precise special-purpose machine for the production of multi-layer labels, booklet labels, and complex special applications in modern label manufacturing. The system was specifically developed for small and medium-sized production runs and combines precise register control with high production reliability and ease of operation.
The machine operates with a timed production process and enables the precise positioning, dispensing, and lamination of multiple label layers onto a single carrier web. Its intelligent design allows for the combination of both automated and manual production processes. This makes the Hans 320 ideally suited for special production runs, pharmaceutical applications, promotional labels, as well as booklet and multi-layer labels.
A particular highlight is the ability to work with up to three dispensing units simultaneously. The labels can be positioned on top of each other with perfect registration, continuously. Together with the lower carrier web, this allows for the production of up to four layers of labels in a single production run.
The machine can be operated both automatically and semi-manually. This allows for the production of not only classic multi-layer labels but also special applications where, for example, booklets or additional components can be manually applied.
Depending on the desired range of functions as well as additional modules or extensions, the rental model can be adapted accordingly.
