Digital Label Finishing System

The modular “CDF” is one of the most cost-effective, multifunctional digital label processing systems currently available on the market.
Uniformly servo-motor driven, equipped with a fully rotary UV flexo unit, full/semi rotary die-cutting unit, UV drying, various separation devices and a double rewinder for different winding directions.
The CDF in standard equipment allows the processing of flexo, spot and relief varnish, cold foil and lamination.
The operation is comfortable and self-explanatory.

Digital Finishing System Featuring Sheeting and Stacking

The “CDF” Plus is a compact, multifunctional version of the modular CDF conversion system.

The Brotech “BF” was developed as a processing system for the ECL label market. It is capable of fully converting and finishing booklet labels with 4 – 24 pages in a length of 50 – 250 mm.
