Missing Label Detection, also an in-house development of PrintsPaul.
Up to 8 tracks can be read and inspected simultaneously. Four different operating modes are available: a simple counter, a label counter, a mislabel counter, and a mode that stops the machine after a mislabel is detected so the corresponding label can be reapplied. Two stop positions can be selected, and their distances can be easily measured and saved.
In addition, two alternating labels can be configured, which are recognized and detected as a set according to the settings.
The installation is independent of the machine software. Nevertheless, operation is user-friendly and extremely easy via the machine's HMI display.
This option is available on many machines of the PrintsPaul Series will be installed.
